- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- The customer must provide photos AND a short video showing the issue.
- Items returned without proof or beyond inspection cannot be refunded.
- FRANBORA Store covers return shipping if it’s our mistake. Otherwise, the customer pays return shipping.
- Some exclusive items may be marked "Final Sale" and cannot be returned.
